To reserve an item, you will be required to pay a deposit of 40% the value of the item(s). We will only reserve the item for 30days after which the deposit amount will be forfeited.

Exchange will not be allowed for items reserved for more than 15 days.

Gift vouchers are available for amounts starting from Ksh. 1,000 can be purchased and redeemed from our Store(s).

Gift Vouchers must be used in one transaction and are not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment in conjunction with any other forms of payments accepted. The original voucher must be presented to the shop for proof, and we will not accept liability for any damaged or lost voucher.

Gift vouchers will expire after 3 months from the date of issue and will not be redeemable.

For all items sold by Bear & Cubs Haven, we reserve the right, at any time, to subsidize, issue discounts, or cancel any ongoing offers or discounts without issuing prior notice to our customers.  We take no responsibility, for any loss incurred due to timing of the offers or discounts issued. Offers and Sale discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, or discounts, & shall ONLY be applied independently.

No reservation shall be made for item on offer, unless payment has been made in full. No refund shall be done for any items sold on offer. Exchange of items on offer shall only be done ONCE, during the period of the offer/discount with other items on offer.

Cash & Carry, Cards and MPesa. All Mobile payments must be made to our official MPesa Till number. We will not Accept Liability of loss of cash paid in any other mode other than above.

Yes you can if within Nairobi, up to 36 hours if outside the Nairobi.

In most cases all items will be shipped together except in instances of delayed items which may be shipped separately. No extra shipping charges will be applied.

For items that do not fit, you will have 7 days to return the item accompanied with the original receipt within 7 days. Exchange will only be done once.

In instances where an exchange item is not available a voucher of equal amount after any discounts will be issued and will be valid for 1 month. The Voucher must be presented to buy another item. We will not be responsible for loss of vouchers
